Symptoms

When attempting to initiating a new deposit using "Date Picker"
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Sorry deposit cannot be opened at this time


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into application using retail user
2. Navigate to the new deposit - click on date picker option
3. Enter the required details and click on next - check for the error message


Changes

 There are no changes in the environment,product,account and hardware that trigger the problem.
