During Incoming GI Upload, Bad Files Are Generated In WIP Folder

On : 14.3.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support
When attempting to Upload incoming GI file
the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
ORA-12899: value too large for column HEADER (actual: 4, maximum: 3)
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Upload incoming GI file by placing in ready folder.
2) Trigger the incoming GI file.
3) Upon triggering, the file is moved from ready folder.
4) We observe that in WIP folder, there are some BAD extension file are created and LOG file are created.
5) Upon analysis, it was observed that the system is trying to check the details present in the body of the file with the header and fails.

Due to this issue, users cannot upload the GI file.
