Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------------
Terms and Condition (TnC) are not displaying Arabic language inside "Initiate LC" transaction after changing the language to Arabic.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
------------------------
Terms and Condition (TnC) should be displayed in Arabic language inside "Initiate LC" transaction after changing the language to Arabic.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX using corporate user.
2. Change language to Arabic from left side menu.
3. Click on "Trade Finance" menu.
4. Click on submenu "Initiate LC" transaction.
5. Click on Initiate LC button.
6. Scroll down to Initiate LC transaction and click on "Terms and Condition" hyperlink.


BUSINESS IMPACT
---------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see TnC in Arabic language in Initiate LC screen

Changes

 There are no changes in the environment, product, account and hardware that trigger the problem.
