ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Wrong Credit Value Date derived for SDMC (Single Debit Multi Credit) outgoing child contracts

Users have noticed a critical issue in case of uploading from Internet Banking a SDMC bulk file with outgoing payments (Outgoing FT product).
Normally for outgoing payments the CR Value Date is DR Value Date+2, but in this case users have made a special maintenance for this client from screen (FTDVDSPR), with CR Value date spread as (-2). So users expected Credit Value Date of all Child contracts to be same as Debit Value Date.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
