ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In case for new LC booking if the party type is REB then system allows "Applicable rule of reimbursement" to be blank.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
If the party type is inputted as REB then "Applicable rule of reimbursement" should be inputted.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch FCUBS.
2. Try inputting new contract LCDTRONL with party type is REB and other details about the reimbursement blank.

The details about the Reimbursement will be required in the amendment stage.
