Symptoms

When attempting to map TD Product from Admin Module,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

System cannot process the request currently. Please try later.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into OBDX (Oracle Banking Digital Experience) Application as an Admin User
2. Go to Configuration --> Product Mapping
3. Try mapping the TD Products to Retail User - Error as stated above is noted

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Admin users cannot map TD Product to Retail Users

Changes

A missing maintenance / configuration in the Core Banking System causes this Issue
