STDCUSTD_Goal Setting TD Not Auto Close On EOD (Doc ID 2738219.1)

More than 35 days but system not auto close TD account.(Auto Close enabled as Y at Bank param)


STEPS:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create TD Account class AUCLTD by enabled "No of Days For Closing Authorized Accounts With No Activity" as 35. Top up allowed for Account class.
2. Create TD account using Account class by mention Goal reference Number and Target Amount.
3. Create one to one payment SI Contract by Debit CASA account and Credit above TD account with Monthly Frequency.
4. As per SI, Date of Last CR activity 1-Nov -2019 and current system date 6-Dec-2019. More than 35 days but system not auto close TD account.(Auto Close enabled as Y at Bank param)
