For User Whose Transactions are Locked Tries To Login, After Login There Is No Logout Button (Doc ID 2738598.1)

When attempting to login into application with the user for which transactions are locked,
the following error occurs.

Login screen is not shown to user after click on 'login' button

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to the forgot password screen
2. Make sure OTP is enabled for transaction Try to generate OTP
3. Enter the Wrong OTP , repeat this step until the transaction is locked
4. Try to login with the user for which transactions are locked
