Password Policy Expiry Warning Message Is Not Displayed For Less Than 1 Day Of Password Expiry (Doc ID 2738599.1)

When attempting to set password policy expiry warning message and warning period for retail and admin users,
the following error occurs.

Password policy warning message is not displayed for less than 1 day of password expiry

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into application with admin user
2. Navigate to the Password Policy Maintenance Page - Enter the value for "Password Expiry Periods" and "Password Expiry Warning Period" field (for eg: 2 and 1)
  and click on confirm
3. Change the password on the same day and try to change the password on the next day and check for warning message for password expiry
