Symptoms

On : 12.0.2 version, Production Support-SET

When attempting to do a VAMI save with UDF via Webservice, following error occurs.

ST-VALS-009 - Duplicate Records in for Account-0021xxxxxxx733:Name

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch CLDACCNT screen. Create account
2. Create a VAMI through webservice by inputting UDF values in request xml


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users not able to do VAMI through web services with UDF value
