Symptoms

On : 12.0.3 version, Production Support-SET

CL||Unable to reverse the payment after TRFR event
System is validating TRFR event at the time of payment reversal.


ERROR
-----------------------
CL-COREVNT1:Reversal is not allowed .


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform payment for a CL account
2.Perform branch transfer
3. Now attempt payment reversal

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot reverse payment after TRFR event.
