Not Able to query liquidated FT contract details after the branch transfer done for linked dr/cr account

We are getting error while querying FT details after the credit / Debit account transferred to the new branch.
As we investigate , the contract was liquidated already before the branch transfer .But System has not updated
the new branch code for the liquidated contracts. That is fine. However , we should be able to query and view
the FT details without any blocking irrespective of any reason. Kindly find the attached debug and spools and
provide us the solution for this case.


FT-VDT04:Failed to get Value date for Internal Transfers

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Pick up a closed/liquidated FT contract
2. Perform branch transfer for the dr/craccount.
3.Query the closed/liquidated FT contract .

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot query closed/liquidated FT contracts .
