Symptoms
As per the FR Y 15 Sch. C Line: 1(b) instructions, the U.S. dollar equivalent amount of all payments made in Brazilian real (BRL) in the last four quarters is to be reported using the conversion of aggregate payments to U.S. dollars by average exchange rates for the last four quarters.
As per the lineage, FCT_PAYMENTS_SUMMARY.N_PYMNT_VALUE_RCY is used to populate the net value of cash payment which is incorrect
