On : 14.3.1 version, Production Support-SET
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Application throwing edits/error for all the date validations. As per edits, actual dates were shown with year 1400, even if the actual date column shows the correct value.
When we change System Parameter UIX_LOCAL_CALENDAR value to G from GREGORIAN, the issue is resolved.But System is expecting UIX_LOCAL_CALENDAR value as GREGORIAN, as NLS_CALENDAR value is GREGORIAN.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

System should not through the edits or error while boarding accounts through API process and having the value of System Parameter UIX_LOCAL_CALENDAR as GREGORIAN.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Define the System parameter UIX_LOCAL_CALENDAR to GREGORIAN.
2. Board accounts through API Process.
3. Edit batch jobs should not through any error.
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot have accounts boarded through API process.
