Symptoms

When attempting to FCDB login on Managed Server 2,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

"The system has encountered an error while processing the request"


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to FCDB Corporate/Retail Application
2. Error Message received as "The system has encountered an error while processing the request"

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:

1. Customer Request for login is not being process on Manage Server.
