Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------------

When corporate user trying to delete record from domestic Payee. instead of picking from local User profile OBDX, It picks from Flexcube Core information and send alert.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
------------------------
When corporate user trying to delete record from domestic Payee. alert should be sent to local User profile of OBDX


STEPS
-------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login from Corporate User,
2. Go to Payments, Setup, Manage Payee.
3. Select domestic payee,
4. From List of record try to delete 1 record.

BUSINESS IMPACT
---------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, alerts are sent to Core Banking users

Changes

 There are no changes in the environment, product, accounts and hardware that trigger the problem.
