Payment of an LD Contract is not getting saved in LDPMNT Screen, showing no Errors (Doc ID 2740048.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
User is unable to perform payment on an LD contract

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
LD Contract payment should be saved successfully or proper error must be logged in case of valid scenarios

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch Finance Schedule Payment screen LDPMNT
2. Query the contract
3. Perform payment , Save and Authorize

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot perform back dated payment on an LD Contract impacting Customer requirement
