Symptoms

PC - User is unable to process Incoming SDD collection from Transaction Exception queue

Uploaded an incoming collection and this was redirected to Transaction Exception queue since Bank code was closed.
After BIC for the related bank code was re-opened, when user tried processing collection by selecting 'Retry'. System prompted that collection was processed but it still remained in TR queue.
