ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In the Bulk File Record Details screen download and print options are not working.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

In the Bulk File Record Details screen download and print options must work.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login using the corporate user
2. Go to Bulk menu --> Bulk File Record Details
3. Click on Search
4. On the records seen

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot print and download the records
