Symptoms

When attempting to open a TD through Open TD functionality,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

We are unable to process your request since your PAN number is not updated in our records. Please register your PAN Number and try again.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into OBDX Application as a Retail User
2. Go to Open TD Functionality and try opening a new TD.
3. Error as shown above is thrown.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot open TD.
