Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After payment transaction gets timed out on host  and user click again on submit OTP( one time password ) duplicate transaction get posted to host.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System Should not allow User to post Timed out transaction using same OTP

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. login with retail user.
2. Initiate payment with OTP enabled transaction.
3. If transaction gets time out then again click on submit OTP button.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, customer account may get  debited twice.
