Role Transaction mapping should reflect in case of multiple JVM's


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. When we add/remove any transaction mapping from role transaction mapping then it would reflect accordingly for the admin/customer user.
2. It is working fine when we have single JVM
3. However when we have Multiple JVM, then it is giving problem because when request goes from OHS to other JVM then this role Transaction mapping will not reflect.
