Symptoms
When attempting to login through consent URL generated through create consent API,
the following error occurs.

No Dashboard Found, please contact Bank Administrator
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create consent url though create consent API
2. Navigate to the URL
3. Enter credentials and click login
