EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------
Service request should be submitted successfully without any error

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to admin > Create new Service request
2. Select text box and select allowed character "Alphanumeric with special characters"
3. Then login with retail user
4. Go to service request form

Observe that newly created textbox will give regex pattern error.
