ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

UI level issues in User Management , Search Party Screen

1) Clear button does not work while there is any input field error.
2) Party Id accepts more than 20 characters to be entered, it throws a field level error to enter upto 20 characters but when Search is clicked, error displayed is - 'Please enter Party Id or Party Name'.(Invalid error message).


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as Bank Admin
2. Go to user management,
3. Click on Create user and input search fields as mentioned in issue
