ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
During GLFINCLO if there are any GLs with 0 LCY (pertaining to the decimal unit during currency conversion) and non zero FCY then FIN period entry is posted with doubled FCY amount
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

During GLFINCLO if there are any GLs with 0 LCY (pertaining to the decimal unit during currency conversion) and non zero FCY then FIN period entry should not be posted with doubled FCY amount
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Post a DE (or any) FCY transaction such that the LCY amount is Null for the entry (Example: LCY is GBP and FCY is ZAR and entry posted for 0.04 ZAR with 0.01 decimal unit)
2. Run GL Finclo Batch
3. Verify the GL balance post EOFI
BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot have balanced GL entries after GLFINCLO
