Error "No Data Found for the Accounts" When Requesting Adhoc Statement for Loan Accounts (Doc ID 2741657.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to request Adhoc Statement for Loan Account,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

No data found for the accounts


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into FCDB Application as a Retail User
2. Select any Loan Account from the Account Summary screen, and click on Adhoc Statement Request.
3. Select the filter criteria like Start Date, End Date etc, and click on Submit.
4. Error as mentioned above is shown on screen

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot get the Adhoc Statement for any Loan Account.

Changes

No changes done to Product / Account or Hardware causes this Issue.
