Own and SEPA Transfer Fails When Party to Party Linked Account Is Used (Doc ID 2741956.1)

Symptoms

User is facing an issue when trying to perform a payment from a party to party linked account.
When a second party is linked with the first party, and the customer is trying to perform a payment with an
account from the second party, payment is failing.


ERROR
-----------------------
Own account transfer failed.
Domestic funds transfer failed.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX with corporate user
2. Goto toggle menu > Payments > Payments and Transfers > Transfer Money
3. Try to perform a payment from a party to party linked account.
