When attempting to request for cheque book from OBDX Application,
the following error occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------

1. Login into OBDX (Oracle Banking Digital Experience) Application and Navigate to Request Cheque Book Option.
2. Fill all the details and submit.
3. Error "GW-ROUT0003 - No data found for the service, operation and source combination" is noted
