Symptoms

On : 12.0.3 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
VAMI authorization could neither be deleted nor authorized thus EOD process was halted

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
VAMI has to be authorized successfully without any error

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Do a VAMI & save
2. Authorize the VAMI

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot authorize the VAMI
