Pagination issue while viewing more than 75 records in "Registered Bulk ID" for a specific Customer? (Doc ID 2742627.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
There is no pagination option for more than 75 Bulk Registration Records.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
There must have pagination option for more than page-size records for Bulk Registration.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to FCDB Admin Application
2. Go to "Bulk Management"
3. Select "Bulk Registration"
4. Input "Customer ID"
5. Choose a Customer ID having bulk-registered records for more than a defined page-size
6. Not more than 75 records are visible in list of BTIDs.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:

1. Corporate Admin Customer are not able to view more than page-size records.
