User Management - Channel Access - Issue With Reason Field (Doc ID 2742759.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

User Management , List user Screen , Data displayed for Channel access reason is not correct .

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

-----------------------

"Reason" data for Channel access grant / revoke activity should be as per user input

STEPS

-----------------------

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

 

Issue 1

A. Search user by Party ID - ( Channel Access reason displayed same as Lock reason )

1. Click on edit icon to lock the user

2. provide lock reason and lock user

3. Again search user with same Search criteria

4. click on Lock reason for locked user . reason is displayed - (This is correct )

5. Click on channel access edit button (Reason is displayed same as LOCK reason . This is Wrong )

6. Click on channel access edit button for any other user (Reason is displayed same as LOCK reason . This is Wrong , reason is not refreshed on pop up window ones you click on any lock edit button )

 

Issue 2

A. Search user by Party ID - ( Channel Access reason is not saved if Lock reason is blank )

1. Click on edit icon to channel Access the user

2. Provide reason and revoke access

3. Again search user with same Search criteria

4. Click on Edit button next to Channel access is displayed blank
