Error "Unable to fetch TDProduct Interest Rate" While Trying to View TD Interest Rates in Open Term Deposit Functionality (Doc ID 2742915.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to view TD Interest Rates,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Unable to fetch TDProduct Interest Rate


STEPS
-----------------------
1. Login into OBDX Application as a Corporate User
2. Open the New Deposit transaction. And select the Deposit product from drop down.
3. Click on the View interest rates link. FCUBS returns failure response

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the Interest Rates.

Changes

No changes done to the environment / account or hardware causes this issue.
