Symptoms

On : 12.0.1 version, Production Support-SET

Problem while authorizing LC


While authorizing an LC the CBS is showing attached SC message.

ERROR

LC-CR001 Failed In Message status update



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Do AMND operation on LC
2. Save the LC
3. Try to Authoize the same

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot Authorize the LC
