In the Android OBDX application when a retailer/corporate user attempting to click on the Loans/Finances module in the Dashboard section, the Inactive/Closest option is not displayed

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The Inactive/Closest option should be displayed in the Loans/Finances module in the Dashboard section by the Android OBDX application.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login by Retailer/Corporate user.
2. Click on the Loans/Finances option
3. Will see the Inactive/Closest option is not available.
