Goal

Required steps to enable/disable OBPM Debugs without application restart Post enabling/disabling flag "DEBUG_ENABLED" at screen "PMDSYSPM" application expect to restart application to reflect changes. After marking debug_enabled flag as "N" also application keeps writing OBPM logs.
