While Viewing Biller Details In "Activity Log", "Access Denied" Error Is Shown For Corporate User. (Doc ID 2744375.1)

Symptoms

Corporate maker is not able to view edited biller detail on activity log.

ERROR
-----------------------
Access denied.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX with corporate maker.
2. Edit biller details
3. Go go dashboard.
4. Filter transaction as "Non Financial"
5. On activity log, click on "Reference No" for edited bill.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user is not able to view biller details.

 No changes in the environment, product, account or hardware triggers this problem.
