For Retail User, Service Request Back Button Loops In Raise New Request Screen (Doc ID 2744842.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Back button of service request page not navigating to dashboard.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Back button should be navigated to dashboard

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to obdx application as retail user
2. On dashboard navigate to service request->raise new service request.
3. Chose product and category, and then click on back button
4.Back button not navigating to dashboard, looping in the same screen where back button clicked.
