Symptoms
On : DB 12.0.3 version, Production Support-SET
When attempting to open FCDB Login page,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

"You are not authorized to show this page."
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open FCDB Admin/Corporate/Retail Login page
2. Screen shows "You are not authorized to show this page."
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
1. Internal and External both Users are not able to see Login page.
