EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

As part of Escrow payments, Escrow policy no and effective date is not required for tax payments. System should allow to save and proceed
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select an application in underwriting.
2. Click on collateral and click on escrow.
3. Select escrow type as Taxes
4. Verify the policy no and effective dt is required to proceed
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users not able to process escrow for tax with out policy no and effective dt.
