Symptoms
When the users attempt to launch an Android OBDX application from the Android studio
the following error occurs.
ERROR

You seem to be offline Please check your internet connection to continue using the application
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Try to Launch the Android OBDX application from the Android studio.
2. Observe that it fails with error: "You seem to be offline Please check your internet connection to continue using the application"
