OBDX Application Is Not Accessible When Java Is Upgraded to 1.8.0_181 or Higher

Symptoms
After applying Oracle Weblogic security Patch CVE-2020-14882,
the following Warning occurs on the Weblogic console.

Warning: This server is not secure. Upgrade to java 1.8.0_181 or higher
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply Oracle WebLogic CVE-2020-14882 security Patch
However, Once the java is upgraded to 1.8.0_181 or higher, the warning dissapears, but the OBDX application is not accessible(The application is stuck on the Login Page, on click of Login after entering the credentials)
Changes
Java is upgraded from current version 1.8.0_131 to 1.8.0_261
