ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Dormancy Charge is not deducted from Accounts having balance less than 1 USD , even though Charge rule is configured correctly

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

SYSTEM should deduct the dormancy charge from the account during End of Month as per the configured Rule for the charge product

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Execute ICEOD for End of Month for accounts linked to Dormancy Charge setup
2. Verify if dormancy charge is deducted from the account successfully

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, dormancy charge is not deducted from the account impacting Bank P&L
