Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Required Signature ID is not displayed in LOV from Account signatory of STDCUSAC Screen

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User expects the Signature ID to be picked up on querying it by inputting CIF number

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Unlock an existing Savings account from STDCUSAC Screen
2. Visit Account signatory tab
3. Link a new Signature record to the account
4. Save and Authorize

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot link signatory details to existing account impacting Customer requirement

Changes

 Two accounts exist with same Account number but at different branches, hence when one of the accounts is already mapped with Signatory ID, the other account cannot be linked
