KYC Batch Assesstments Doesn't Appear In The Menu (Doc ID 2747248.1)

Symptoms

On the 8.0.8.0.0 version, KYC Batch Assessments do not appear in the Menu.
KYC Batch Assessments Don't Appear in the Menu. But those Function code KYCRA is not available in our environment. Hence the Risk assessment score details are not visible from UI.

 

When entering FCCM -> KYC we noticed that KYC Batch assessments don't appear in the menu and you have to enter via KYC Onboarding. The customer wants to know if there should be a direct shortcut in the menu to access KYC Assessments given that some users could have trouble with batch or Ob permissions.
