Additional Repo Record Creates With No Data When Repo Is Closed (Doc ID 2747309.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Remarketing team observed  accounts having 2 repo records in repossession details(1 blank record and the other one is correct one).

scenario is when the asset is sold and linked to the close of repossession call activity that posts at this time.

This has been observed since 12/13 fix for BK call activity fix .

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should not create new bankruptcy/Repo record when the previous condition is closed

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select an active bankruptcy account
2. Verify the bankruptcy record exists under bankruptcy tab
3. Post a call activity to close the bankruptcy condition
4. Verify the call activity posted successfully
5. Go to Bankruptcy tab and verify for new bankruptcy record

BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, bank unable to close the bankruptcy / Repo record
