Symptoms

For account statement PDF, Cyrillic characters are not displayed correctly.

ERROR

Junk Characters are displayed.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX with retail user.
2. Navigate to "Accounts->View statement"
3. Apply filter to view statement.
4. Click on "Download" button.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user is not able to view Cyrillic character in PDF.

Changes

 No changes in the environment, product, account or hardware triggers this problem.
