Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
----------------------------
First time login - Invalid password entered in "Password Change" unable to view close option until click on empty space.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
--------------------------------
First time login - Invalid password entered in "Password Change" should have close icon to close password policy.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX.
2. Click on "Change Password" link
3. Enter invalid password.

PS:- Please check in mobile view.

BUSINESS IMPACT
--------------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user not able to view password policy until clicks on empty space.
