Inactive / Closed Accounts Are Not Visible In My Accounts Widget. (Doc ID 2747612.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
----------------------
In My Accounts Widget, User unable to view the Inactive / Closed Accounts.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-------------------------
Users should be able to view the Inactive / Closed Accounts in My Accounts Widget.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into OBDX as Retail/Corporate User
2. Go to Dashboard My accounts widget
3. Click on Current and Savings Accounts tab inside the My Accounts Widgets. By default system shows the Active Accounts.
4. Click on Active Accounts drop down and select the Inactive/Closed Accounts.
5. No rest is fired and out of box system shows no accounts available even the closed CASA accounts present in the FCUBS.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see their inactive / closed accounts.

Changes

No changes in the environment, product, account or hardware triggers this problem.
