Retail User Segment Mapped Users Not Able To See The Dashboard. (Doc ID 2747616.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Retail Users are unable to see the dashboard post login when they are mapped to a new Retail Segment.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Retail Users should be able to see the dashboard when they login.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create New Segment for Retail Users.
2. If we create a new User Segment, it is must to create a dashboard
3. Create Retail Users and map the segment to Users.
4. Login with New User and gets Blank Page. Dashboard creation screen is failing, it is coming blank.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see anything after login.

 No changes in the environment, product, account or hardware triggers this problem.
